Delicious, intoxicating, sexy, flirty, and just plain yummy is how I would describe Prada Candy. I got my first whiff of this fragrance out of a magazine and immediately fell head over heels.
When I first smelled Prada Candy, I called my mom and told her that I was in love. Of course her response was, “With who?” That’s when I told her about Prada Candy. Me and my mom soon went to a department store to try on the perfume, and yes, it smells even better in person. At no surprise to me, my mom also fell head over heels in love with this fragrance.
You must know that I absolutely love perfume, but I am extremely picky when it comes to choosing them. I tend to gravitate more towards sweet, gourmand scents, and Prada Candy does not disappoint. The notes in Prada Candy are caramel, musk, and benjoin. It is very feminine, powdery, and sweet, without being overpowering or sickeningly sweet. You are sure to get tons of compliments, as Prada Candy is one of a kind.
The packaging of Prada Candy is true to its name. It looks like a bottle filled with warm caramel. Prada Candy comes as an Eau de Parfume in sizes 1.7 oz and 2.7 oz. This baby isn’t cheap, with its smallest size being a whopping $82 dollars.
Prada Candy also comes as a body lotion (5.1 oz), shower gel (5.1 oz), and body scrub (6.8 oz). One con to Prada Candy is that the lasting power is not as long as some would like. You may have to reapply more than once in a day.
